The Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AIC) is a public sector undertaking headquartered in New Delhi. AIC is primarily involved in providing crop insurance to farmers across India. It is the leading implementing agency for the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), a flagship crop insurance scheme launched by the Government of India.

Age Limit for Management Trainee Vacancy in AIC:
Minimum Age: 21 years & Maximum Age: 30 years
i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 2 nd December 1994 and not later than 1 st December 2003 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation as per AIC rules.
Emoluments & benefits:
Rs. 60,000/- p.m. for the one year of training.
The trainee shall be eligible for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale I) on completion of the training period and subject to satisfactory work performance, Interview/Interaction and/or any other criteria as may be decided by the Company.
Application Fee AIC Management Trainee:
SC/ST/PwBD Rs. 200/- (Intimation charges only). All other categories Rs. 1000/- (application fee including intimation charges).
Selection Process of AIC Management Trainee in AIC:
Selection would be based on the performance in the Online Examination and Interview. Shortlisted candidates in final merit list will have to undergo Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination.
