About Department of Delhi Archives Fellowship:

Delhi Archives has instituted a Fellowship programme in the field of Archives for research and development. Fellowship aims to support research in the field of Archives, Conservation, Research & Publication, Digitization & Micro-filming and other various fields with the sole aim to preserve the archival heritage of the historic capital city of Delhi.

Qualification for Delhi Archives Fellowship:

Category	Qualification
Record Management	Masters in History with specialization in Modern Indian History (Post 1750 AD) from recognised University (with minimum 55% marks) and One Year Diploma in \ Archives & Records Management
Conservation	Candidate should possess Master in Conservation, Preservation & Heritage Management OR Master in Conservation or equivalent (with minimum 55% marks).
Digitization	B. Tech (Information Technology/Computer Science)/MCA with minimum 55% marks) from recognised university
Dissemination of Information/Data	Graduation in any discipline (with minimum 55% marks). Preference will be given to candidate having Post Graduation with minimum 5-10 years of experience
Microfilming	Bachelor’s Degree in Science from recognised university (with minimum 55% marks) along with Certificate Course (Duration 8 weeks) in Reprography from National Archives of India
Oriental Languages ( Urdu/Persian)	Masters in Persian/Urdu (with minimum 55% marks) from recognised university

Stipend in Delhi Archives Fellowship:

A stipend of Rs.50,000/- per month shall be paid to each SRF and Rs. 25,000/- to each JRF.

Application fee for Delhi Archives Fellowship:

A bank draft for Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of the DDO, Department of Delhi Archives.

Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe candidates may submit bank draft for Rs. 250/- only
