TCL is specifically working on agriculture-based Livelihoods, primary education, migration, digital literacy, and community institution building.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Looking after the project activities, outputs and outcomes in the Gram Panchayats (GP)/villages allocated under the projects. The candidate must be very conversant with the objectives of the project and ensure the targets are met in territory allocated to her/him.
2. The field coordinator will be primarily responsible for the successful implementation and management of the project in the Gram Panchayats allocated to them.
3. Identify community-based women Resource Persons as animal health workers (Pashu Sakhis), CRPs.
4. Provide technical inputs to the community resource persons for improved agriculture practices, livestock management, information on various government schemes and facilitate.
5. The candidate would have to ensure increasing farmer incomes through introduction of improved POPs of stable and star crops and introduction and expansion of High value Crops in the area.
6. Engage with livestock rearing communities and women’s group.
7. Developing and training a team of women CRPs and Agri-Entrepreneurs in the GPs allocated.
8. Work with women farmersthat are formed into SHGs, Producer Groups(GPs) and Mahila Kisan Sangathans (MKS) by TCL or under UPSRLM.
9. Look after all business activities that the women groups as Producer.
10. Work for convergence of the project with different government schemes and ensure that the farmers are registered and benefit from different schemes.
11. Oversee the credit related activities of the groups of internal funds, funds from UPSRLM and banks, MFIs, KCC, etc.
