NTPC SAIL POWER COMPANY LIMITED (NSPCL) is a Joint Venture Company of two Maharatnas-NTPC Limited and SAIL. NSPCL presently has Business Units at three locations viz. Bhilai, Durgapur & Rourkela with an installed capacity of 1104 MW. NSPCL is inviting application for Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee. Last date of application is 10.10.2024 (Thursday) Midnight.

Age Limit for Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee in NSPCL:
Upper Age limit is 27 years as on last date of online application.
Training Period, Emoluments and Placement:
Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year at any of the NSPCL project’s or as per NSPCL arrangement during which they will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 24,000/- per month. On successful completion of training they will be absorbed in the pay scale of W7 Grade (Rs. 24000-3%-).
Selection Process of Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee in NSPCL:
The online test for eligible candidates will include an aptitude portion with 50 questions covering general English, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning, and a technical knowledge portion with 70 questions in the relevant field. Negative marking will apply to incorrect responses (each question is worth one mark, and each incorrect response will subtract 0.25 points).
Test Center for NSPCL Diploma Trainee and Lab Assistant Trainee Exam:
Delhi NCR/Kolkata/Raipur/ Bhubaneshwar and the same shall be communicated to candidates at the time of issuance of Admit card.
Application Fee:
- General category:- Rs. 300/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/XSM category and female candidates need not pay the registration fee.
