Selection Process of BEL Fixed Tenure Engineers Vacancy:
Computer Based Test (CBT)
Pay and Allowances:
40,000- 3%-1,40,000 and Approx. CTC of Rs.12 Lacs-12.5Lacs.
In addition to Basic Pay, other allowance like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 35% on annual basic pay, Performance related Pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity(if applicable) etc. as per Company rules.
