About UP CM NIPUN Bharat Program:

Ministry of Education, Government of India, launched the NIPUN Bharat Mission to achieve universal Foundational Literacy and Numeracy among primary school students across the country. Department of Basic Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched a state-wide education transformation initiative Chief Minister’s NIPUN Bharat Associates with Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow as the Knowledge Partner. 150 associates will be placed in all the 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh to drive successful implementation of the NIPUN Bharat Mission.

Chief Minister’s NIPUN Bharat Associates (CMNBA) (150 Post)

Eligibility Criteria:

An applicant must meet the following criteria as on July 1, 2023-

1. The applicant should be an Indian citizen with an age between 22-27 years
2. The applicant should be proficient in both oral and written Hindi and English
3. The applicant should be graduate with a minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with minimum 2 years full-time work experience OR post-graduate with a minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA) with a minimum 1 year full-time work experience
4. The applicant Compensation and benefits must have earned graduate or post-graduate degree from NIRF top 100 universities/colleges (as per NIRF 2022 rankings)

Role of CMNBA:

1. To track district, block and school level progress on NIPUN.
2. To devise corrective measures for poor-performing blocks/schools by co-working with Govt. stakeholders
3. To debottleneck day-to-day issues by collaborating with field officers.
4. To build capacity and provide mentorship support to all field officers through regular workshops.
5. To support Govt stakeholders in driving quality data-backed reviews regularly.

Compensation and benefits of CMNBA:

1. Monthly stipend of Rs. 30,000 /- month
2. Housing and medical allowance of Rs. 10,000 /- month
3. A laptop and a pool car will also be provided to associates in their allocated district

• Stage 03 – Panel Interview
• Stage 04 – Final Selection
