Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
• A graduate in any discipline
• Prior exposure to Education and Development sectors
• Ability to organize and handle virtual and physical programs
• High level of written and spoken fluency in English – confident in ability to deliver an English curriculum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Good IT skills along with high comfort with Google tools and Microsoft platforms
• Comfort with Social Media platforms
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitation
- Maintain regular contact with the Fellows (Along with PM, SPM)
- Manage the Social Media presence of the Fellowship
- Logistics
- Coordination
- Research
