About Job: Sampark Foundation invites application for the post of Program Coordinator for Pune, Palghar, Thane, Ratnagiri, Raigad & Nagpur (3 in each district). Sampark Foundation is working in the area of education. Task includes in this job are Program Implementation, Program Planning, Reporting and documentation, Relationship wtih governments/partners and Content and Media.

Post Name: Program Coordinator (Candidates with experience of 6-9 years will be considered for Senior role)

No. of Post: 18 (3 in each district)

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:

• Experience of 2-9 yearsis development sector.
• Good knowledge of Marathi, English and Hindi language.
• Prior experience in Education sector or having worked in any aspect related to Students and teachers to bring about change is an added advantage.
• Students from Science Stream (PCM) in 12th standard will be preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of using and implementing Technology in work is must.
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Social Work, Math, English, Physics or Chemistry.
• Must own bike & laptop.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills in Hindi as that is the primary language for teachers in the current states.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills in Marathi as that is the primary language for teachers in the current states along with Hindi & English.
