Remuneration:

Responsibility of Senior Programme Officer:
- Structure livelihood projects of HCLFoundation around job-oriented skill development, self-employment, and entrepreneurship in alignment with government guidelines and UNSDGs.
- Identify new and innovative trades and industries for the skilling programs.
- Ensure effective execution of project activities by working closely with NGO partners.
- Monitor and visit project sites under Skill Development & Livelihood theme.
- Implement clear mechanisms for beneficiary follow-up and documentation.
- Manage resources to comply with audit requirements.
- Engage HCL employees in Skill Development & Livelihood projects through creative strategies.
- Network with local and government authorities for support and alignment with policy framework.
- Maintain a database of NGOs and explore synergies with relevant stakeholders.
- Handle partner organizations for effective implementation and impact-based models.
- Research and identify potential donors and funding sources.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and pitch decks.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.
- Write grant proposals and manage the application process.
- Collaborate with team members for successful fundraising efforts.
- Stay updated with fundraising trends and best practices.
